I am a Therapeutic Massage therapist with a passion for bodywork that goes beyond the fleeting “feel good” moments. The heart of my work lies in guiding you from acute or chronic pain towards pain relief & improved overall wellbeing.
My continued education has been built on the idea of developing an all-encompassing approach to treating the whole body with the intention of creating long-lasting positive change. This can involve guided breathing, foundational techniques used in Thai Massage or Cranial Sacral Therapy, assisted stretching, or even energy work. Paired with the soft tissue work I do as a Massage Therapist, my style of work is not only Therapeutic but also fluid & relaxing. My approach calls upon the tools that your body may be asking for in any given session. In this way, each session is truly unique to you.
When I’m not working in-studio, I often perform massage & bodywork at various sports events around the region including marathons, triathlons, cycling, and rock climbing. I’ve had the privilege of working with & alongside some very inspiring human beings including athletes, coaches, trainers, and doctors. Most notably, you can find me offering pre & post-race massage at the annual Iron Man Louisville (one of my favorite events of the year!).
